EVAP Cannister Woes!!!
#2
Is the problem:'
1-Failed smog? EVAP monitors fail to complete or the smog man says the cap leak test fails?
3-DTCs set ? which are they? CEL glows running?
3 -or just visual inspection fails.?
???????

the canister id bet would be the last thing to fail, it's just box full of carbon, chunks.
In fact the ECU can not detects bad charcoal, only a leaking CAN or plugged up.
