It runs on test fuel so
1 : It must have spark?
2 : ECU must be ok?
does the no crash and burn safety feature just cut injection or Inj & Spark.
What about spark suppressor? where do I find that

ok it runs on test fuel !!
ill make a full list
so is fuel pressure at spec.?
the ecu can not check that, so is first.
fuel filter not packed solid with junk.?
TPS , TP pin not stuck at 4 to5 vdc, if the TP ground pin is open (cuT ) the TP pin goes over 4v and the goes to unflood mode crankking (zero injections)
The TP pin (aka. throttle angle) is around 0.5 to1vdc key on. (means idle to ECU)
got 4 injectors or 1
some TBI 1 injector engines have an injector resistor that can fail, open
the TPI injector can clog, all have 10micron sized screens, that can clog and end fueling. (flow ends)
same with MPI 4 injectors, all 4 have same screens but can never be seen like the TBI, .

the spark suppressor location varies, what car is this exactly.??
what car, where is it. got photos of engine, many cars now are hacked or engine swap ,etc...
the supressor wire cut the tachometer line goes dead, ,tachometer goes dead, and ecu cuts fuel.
