CMP Failure
#8
CMP on most are inside the distributor

if its twin ,cam, there are many G13s made ,lots. and some have CMP on rear of one cam. Look there for a CAM sensor.
the do you even have distributor, ?

engines stall for vast reasons,. over 50,.
1: lost 12vdc to EFI parts (fuel and spark) even the key switch fails. or loose fuse. that includes ECU and all sensors, and COPS, spark plugs , wires, all of it must be good or it will misfire. or even stall, (my guess is spark dies , unseen undriven, unheard.)
2: engine floods stalls. (floods ,misfires then slowly stalls and sticks of raw fuel)
3: engine goes lean and stalls, (slow usually)
4: bad spark parts.
5: bad engine, what if compression dropped all at once, like ours with cam belt drive love to do.

post a photo of your engine, so we can see it. ???

we have no G13s here, cept 1989 carb G13,,,, totally different then.,
yours is used on other cars Suzuki makes, Jimny and and others
do you have a body tag next to the , battery , suzuki tag that has full data on it like this.

what is your tag ?
what market code (24 is here)

Jimny SN413 is the Suz, name for it. (book names matching this car) and in the master parts lists and shows SN413V (VD is diesel)
there are 9 Jimny versions 3 are called Santana's made in Spain.
i looked at all Jimnys,
they have mostly 2 cam chain drive cam, and all have a CAM sensor. with cops. (no distrib)
there is one of the 9, that is single cam with belt drive, the odd duck
ive no idea what you have, some are listed as M13 engine and diesel too.
id need the body tag full data to see what market it is , built for. UK , Germany, and many others are all different

goodluck,. to you,..
sure wiring bad can cause this EFI is all about wiring, and power. and sensors. its electronic fuel injected, and has I think COPS, coil over plugs and no distributor. called DIS,
