Plugs have red oily stain and misfire

Like the thread tittle my #2 plug misfires and when removed has red oily stuff.

   

   

   

   

Pics are the wet one then cleaned and the red stain that came off with carb cleaner and some carbon. All other plugs never released nor red nor carbon when cleaned.
