Idle issue on an 89 sidekick 8v

Before taking it off, I will try to turn the ring inside the IAC as you mentioned. Just to see if it helps.
Thanks again. How did you learn all of this? Just curious.

that assumes you thermostat in your car is 180F or higher, and actually works
