power steering - Seberth - 03-04-2018

89 Tracker 4x4 2 door Question: can I put the power steering unit off my scrapped 93 on my 1989? Have the belt pulley, bracket, etc, only difference I notice is single sensor wire coming off of 93. assume it may be speed sensor or pump sensor possibly?

if it fits and spins it will work.
that sensor goes to the ECU for 1000 RPM idle up, command if you turn the wheels lock to lock and overload the pump and engine and stalls it.
so id ignore that pressure switch (overpressure it is)
