the egr , runs only moving, and only off idle
and flows based on engine load not RPM and is disabled w.o.t

the egr IS NOT ELECTRIC, MODULATED. LIKE 1999.
ITS VACUUM MODULATED WITH THE MOD VALVE.

THE MODULATor IS EXHAUST BACKPRESSURE modulated.. (cat back pressure)

it modulates at the rate of #4 exhaust tube PUTT's rate
bottom mod hose.
