rear end roar at 40-45 mph

I have a 1998 Chevy Tracker w/216,000 miles. 5 speed manual tran and a 4.53 rear gear. I run 215/15/70 tires. Any ideals?

all joking aside. could be u-joints, or any of 5 rear end bearings.
or brakes dragging, makes noise going slow, find safe place and see if hand braking gently makes it change up or down noise wise.
does it make noise coasting?
cut throttle,
moving bump shifter to N? or slam in clutch?
