why does that center bolt look wrong on cover.?
why does this cover seem to me, the wrong cover. it's off wrong engine !, (8v?) or a china clone put on or.?
and what about all the other cover bolts. 8 on outside edge and 9th in center
is the crank bolt at 94/ft/lbs torque , that big 17mm bolt.?
C.E.L lamp out? running?no CKP errors>? DTC's
it the water pump pulley not loose, as they do and then belt can ride against cover? seem not, here, seems wrong cover.. (if screws rare all 9 are planted)
the cover fits to the bottom rim of aluminum here. tight. with 4 screws.

usually it cuts from the inside, at failure.
this is a real 1997 cover, from Suzuki. note the drastic differences.

the 8v cover is wrong cover. as is G13s.(1989 or older)
all 16v covers are same from 1992 to 1998, same suzuki part number
