Fuel Pressure

Hi, I just bought a 94 tracker LSi 16V 1.6L, and it won't start. I know I'm getting sparks, and the air intake isn't blocked, so I believe it is a fuel delivery issue. I don't know where the problem is though, and I'll need to test the fuel pressure to see if it's the pump, so I'm wondering what is the easiest way to do this?

at filter banjo test port
or rail with fitting for $12
it will run on test fuel for 3 seconds, try that yet?

does pump buzz key on , for 3seconds, if not check for 12vdc at pink wire connector at left rear tail light (out) and that 2door ground at 3 pm in body cavity there.
if it buzzes check pressures

does CEL lamp glow key on?
does CEL blink 12s cranking with diag jumper in place or code 41.or 42 or?
