yes, the brass is fixed to plastic, if you can remove the brass from the plastic (ive no idea) (not breaking it)
Then its 10x more easy,
the low temp solder is best, even radio shack sells it. in tiny cheap amounts.
this has spring under all this, so the contacts are not the spring, they are just contacts, so solder it or fit tiny brass squares there, and solder them in.
making them near new.
ive done this many times but on classic cars, some have no spare parts to buy, so i must do the repairs this way.

just take your time and rebuild those lips.
and it will work.
