Where's the Diagnostic plug?

thats easy
if car idles ok, then it runs ok.
but if it leaks it stalls.
if its packed solid in carbon the valves run very very hot and will not last. the EGR keeps them cool as you drive.
smog reasons are obvious, acid rain, etc, NOX is nasty stuff.
