front oil seal leaking {crank seal? cam seal}

Well we replaced the pcv valve, old one was still good and rattleing. It was raining when we did it so I didn't check torque on valve cover, when my son comes by I will check the valve cover bolts and see if they are to spec, who knows I may get lucky. thanks Jerry. Bill
