sensor to is reading wrong. (my guess is air leaks)
the sensor is averaging wrong, below 120mv 0.120 vdc or above 0.9vdc
or
the connector is bad and the voltage jumps to 4.5v for 2 seconds.

the voltage will drift from lean to rich, as the front sensor is in closed loop.
basically it means the cat is missing, air leaks or cat is bad, or connector loose.
i dont think its your sensor.
but im still contacting bosch for that big question. why are they different (universal versions),
