or? just inspections finds parts missing.....
the vent system is just that, it collects fumes and then burns them.
it must be air tight.
1996 is a transiston year, they went from EVAP 1 to EVAP 2 levels mid year, on some 96s.
they added VSV valves and the purge features.
on the early system it only has one VSV.
