Replacement COP?
#8

134k miles is 2 times life if belt, like record. if true, but Gates belts are good belts, if found there.

Sorry - 134,000 miles. That's when the timing belt, water pump, O2 sensor, EGR valve, cam seals, and radiator were replaced. At about 140,000 miles I replaced the alternator and battery. Of course I also just replaced the cam shaft sensor (to correct the stalling issue) , front struts, ignition wires, COP's, and spark plugs.

If eBay is any indication, the key items folks are replacing are:

1. Crankshaft position sensor
2. Cam shaft position sensor.
3. COP's
4. Spark plugs
5. Spark plug wires
6. Boots

Would it be prudent to carry a replacement crank shaft position sensor?

Thanks for your help.
