How to remove this orange plate in the grey electrical connector?
#1
A many years ago, I struggled to remove this stupid orange plate so now I don't remember how to remove.

What is the proper tool and method to remove this orange plate? Don't want to damage it since I want to re-use it.

what is that thing<
the only way to know how to take down any connector (inside dismantle)
is to read the real suzuki swift factory service manual, if there at all. (most have a chapter on connector tech, showing ways and means, )

guessing?me.
slide, feeler guage , down sides, inside and trip the locks,
it must be locked or you'd not ask
i cant see sides, are the sides with port holes and trip levers there, to unlock it>?

some connectors need special tools to dimantle.
(common in the industry of all connectors made, some are easy others super hard)

Hmm Sidekick never have this style connector.

No, Swift manual doesn't say how to unlock it.

I am sure it's locked so I need to know where is hole to unlock the tiny thing.. and what tool looks like.

I will take more pictures of it. I will post later.

(Yeah it's hard to remove than MK2. and hopefully don't need special tool.)

Just update... I went to see the old auto electrical shop and the foreman showed me how to unlock it... there is two holders at west of the connector in the picture.... hard to see so you need the needle pin (like dentist tool) to unlock it... not easy tho.

Thank you for trying to help.
