I had the fuel rail off and the injectors out. When I re-started the engine of course it was missing until the fuel pressure came up, but it set these codes. Are they just from having it apart?
PO 122 Throttle / Pedal position sensor / Switch A circuit Low

Also, I haven't figured out what to do about the slacked kick down cable and whether or not that would cause a miss.
