PCV Hose Replacement

I was replacing the PCV valve, and I realized the hose should probably be replaced too (it's old, oily, and cracking). To my knowledge, no one makes these anymore, so I guess I'll get a rubber hose from the hardware store and put it on there. My question is, what kind of hose should I use. I assume it might get too hot for the regular kind?
