Hi all my son is having trouble key starting his car. It will pop start and run but wont start with jumper cables. if you try to crank it, it sounds like battery is dead. Battery has 12.5 volts(this may be low?). New battery and new alternater in the last six months. this leads me to thinking the cellinoid on starter is bad. I guess I am just looking for confirmation.
