96 x90 revival
#31
yes, that would make the FPR very upset. ( I did mention pinched return line, and bingo, and worse the wrong line.)
best when pulling thows is to label em' (duct tape? + sharpe pen")., for sure those and the vacuum lines.
now we know why 50PSI the poor FPR could not vent proper, I said too, , to run the vent line to a bucket and see if tHE FPR runs true now.
(some vent lines also can gum up from rotten fuel , car parked long time)
$100 is the right price on used working ECU, the refurbs are $400
my spare, was $100 and finding one in a jam on this rare car, is not easy, for most folks..... better than spare tire, that.
50psi causes over injections on all these cars, and is not monitored by ECU ,like new cars all do and adjust of too high.
the FPR is key the KEY stone part (ask brick layer that)

i bet it holds Closed loop now at steady foot cruise.

As it seems to be clearing up the o2 sensor is now bouncing and fuel trims are trying instead of pegging and giving up. Also no more soot from the tail pipe and scanner says it’s staying In closed loop at idle.

Stupid mistake,
anyhow she is sporting new injectors, new pump, regulator and filter. So the fuel system is in top shape not really money wasted. Also thermostat, ECT .I’m thinking the only part besides my time that I really got burned was the $100 ecu. May be able to put that on eBay and recoup some loss.

Thanks for sticking with me on this. Now on to the fun part Modifications and adventures.
you are welcome, and you post, makes me remember, to check hoses. (on used cars anything is possible)

right side view.
my pump page shows this photo and says make sure hoses are not routed wrong. but sure lots of things can be wrong, but not with 50psi.
