1996 1.6 16v Noise Suppressor Filter

its shown in my web site, under suppressor.

if the suppressor falls off the tachometer goes dead.
the injectors are cut dead for ever
on all G16 made, (this car )
its the size of thumbnail, and 1/4" thick.
kinda like the size of Computer USB stick memory. Thumb drive.
Left hand drive car, USA? or not?
