tbey can tell that lie for 2 reasons(more)?
1: yours are bad , there's are not.
2:your running 100,000 volt racing msd on a turbo engine, so yes.

sure overkill on insulation can be justified, (paranoia?)
but only if you are running them longer that OEM replacement times, 60k? 100K miles
so if you want them to last 500kmiles sure? Its your car, your goals.
but if the wires inside are not wire, but are carbon or the silicon snot, gee, that fails first.
NGK mags are plenty good.

Most wires are good for 60k. and will not flash over in that time frame. ever.
brand names, not feabay "som ting wong"brands for $5 a set.
