All fuses are good!!!
When turning over it shows no rpm on scan tool
Nor does the tach needle in dash move at all.
The CEL lamp you are speaking of....????
Is this something that will.be prelit in the dash as soon as I turn the key on? There is nothing in the cluster that lights up and says CEL.
