1.6-16V Engine Oil Dipstick Tube O-ring - Ed-Mc - 04-07-2016

Any idea the size of the dipstick tube O-ring or maybe even a part number? I couldn't find a listing for that part at a Suzuki parts site.

If not available from factory, hopefully I can match up with something at the auto parts store.

Thanks........ed

Thanks for the part number! Turns out this O-ring is used in Suzuki cars, motorcycles, quads, and outboards. So it's available all over the place.

I found a reasonably-priced part with cheap shipping on eBay, and it's on the way!

Cheers.......ed

that is true , many o-rings are for many cars. Suzuki and others. (fit Suzuki ATVs , motor cycles and more.) and is one very common ring size.
and there are only a few sizes used, outside of transmission
it fits over 9 pages, of cars, in the SUZUKI data base alone on just cars. even fits the J20 engines.
they are all metric.
some I have measured, (as is this case)

our parts list USA fail to say the sizes so i measured mine.
but other, in Europe do.

here is my hard to find parts, page
http://www.fixkick.com/buy-parts.html
if you type control +F (find)
and type o-ring in the box
you will see all reversed engineered o-rings by me and others.

the ring does come in the FELpro, full engine kit. so never order a viton swap.

what i do is mike the rings
then look them up in oringsusa.com

buy a ring there for 10cent
or upgrade to viton, for $5o cents and it lasts for near ever.

off my hard to buy page it states
My measurements and estimates...:' for got it was here, put there 10 years ago.... water under bridge?

Dip stick tube : CS=0.075 (2mm) ID: 0.388 [9.8mm) [I say 10mm ] Suz PN: 09280-10016 $1.65
Rear Water pump to rear pipe: CS= 0.138 (3.5mm) ID=1.093 (27.8mm) [ I say 28mm ] Suz PN: 09280-28008 $1.50

so is just a 10mm ID ring,
the thinkness is 2mm
so any 2mm x10mm fits

here is the 50cent, viton

ships lightning fast , by computer automation.

they have a min order on some rings now, this one is 10.
