How do I remove heater control panel 89 Tracker? - shoalsgary - 12-27-2015

I've got the top loose by the vents, and bottom loose by the ashtray and lighter, but it is solidly fastened by the heater controls!

just the panel.
ok the panel is cable controls, has 3 cables, and must be removed first. or disconnected on the ends first.

Hi: I had to replace the light behind mine. The stencil snaps out first. You need to get behind it with something thin, like a knife or small flat-head screwdriver. The screws are behind that.
