Brake Pedal going down too far! - Zackman - 01-28-2015

Hello again (two issues in the same day!)

My son's Zuke's brake pedal goes down quite a bit. I have fully bled the lines twice, but a little improvement was resulted.

Would the culprit be a worn master-cylinder?

Your views are appreciated.
Regards,
Zackman!

If you can get a hard pedal ,even key off (manual mode ) it needs no bleeding.

if pedal drifts to the floor, bad MC or leaks somewhere, beyhond mc.
if spongy,? it's air is system

i'd get manual mode ok first, then play with booster running later.

your welcome, be safe !

rear brake adjusters bad..??? rear brakes way too loose cause low pedal..they have to 'catch up' to the front before it stops

sure , and most will be jammed bad, i had to replace mine, from suzuki stock.
i think dorman makes them. too.
the 91 is automatic, in 96 its manual
its got these simple aligatator teeth.'

one way to prove this is use the hand brake, to take up all slack and feel foot brake.
