Time for a turbo setup :b .
for all the work needed you could do a different swap and gain more power.
If ever you decide to go with it, it would be worth it to document everything. (even make a youtube video Smile )

the flow is also backwards.
that hose is part of the dash heater, so make sure that is all hosed up right or the thermostat will go nuts.

Yeah, I found out that stuff the hard way with a different Sidekick Sport I owned a few years ago.

I plan to make a video series about it, as there aren’t many on the topic. Plenty about post swap, not so much about the process. And the process will pretty much be the same for the 2.0. I’m trying to keep it all Suzuki. In my opinion, the 1.8 or 2.0 is what should have been in these to begin with.
