I have the 3l30 3 speed. All gears work fine but there is a 5 to 10 second delay going into reverse. Anyone know what could be the problem

ok
1: does going to LOW gear 1st gear fast from park delay too. ? they share many parts, called Low/REv.
2: does the stall test pass (just left and right foot tests) see stall on my page.
3: does the pump pressure port tests pass?
my guess is seals inside leak.
there a bottle of snake oil sold (i hate the snake) but softens seals. but then they fail harder later used mostly only if selling a car fast to fool new buyer, no saying this is good.
