| Description: the designer of said bearing, has you set the torque 123-180 foot/pounds (legit range) and like magic the gap (clearance) just happens. that is the TRUTH. 0.002" is par for play at end. I'ts not like boat trailer or the like, not at all. what you do is set the 1/2drive torque wrench to 120 then turn clock wise and hear the first click. then looking careful at the 4mm lock ring hole go to higher torque to get those holes aligned bingo down, that is all you do. Correct tools.+ many years later 2004> they use hubs that are pre loaded, and do not come apart . but are in fact torqued the same way. top brand is Timken or KOYO.
